Magesh is playing on Friday nites at the 'Aqua Vino' bar with band 'Tavares' - soul/rnb music. 18 Anderson street Yarraville. 9.30 till 12 midnite.

Magesh is playing on Thursday nites (starting 27 of September) at Bar 'Barraki' in the City, corner of Lonsdale and Russel street with band 'The Claire Whitcombe Trio'. Some of Australia's finest musicians will be playing some really funky music. Craig Newman on bass (Dancing with the stars/John Farnham), Claire Whitcomb on Fender Rhodes/vocals and Magesh on drums.

Magesh recently did a series of clinics and masterclass's at the 'Music Den' in Geelong for Drumania, a festival which is quickly becoming one of Australia's most prominent drum shows. All of his performances's were sponsered by Vic Firth sticks, Tama drums and Sabian cymbals. Coincidently they also all sold out. He has also been doing clinics for the 'Hal Leonard' lable.

Magesh will be performing at the Ultimate Drummers Weekend on the 22nd and 23rd of July which is the largest drumming event in the Southern Hemisphere. Magesh is about to head into the studio to start recording the new cd from guitar virtuoso and highly successful independant artist Santos Bonacci. Santos performed at the special request of Bill Gates for a special Microsoft presentation in Las Vegas in 2001 and recently returned from a short tour of Japan.

Magesh will be appearing on early morning Ch7 show Sunrise with Christian Alexander on Friday 5th of November at 8.30am.

The Midnite Band will be performing with singer/re-mix master Rudy at Saratoga on Wednesday 17th Nov (and every Wednesday from then on). Saratoga is located at 149 Toorak Rd (cnr Darling st) South Yarra.

Magesh is proud to announce he has just signed an International sponsorship deal with Tama drums which he will now be playing exclusively....
On the 1st of October at 9.40 am, Magesh will be appearing on Good Morning Australia with Christian Alexandrer.
Magesh is also currently in rehearsals with drumming legend David Jones for a new project involving clinics and concerts. The vibe is East meets West, Old Skool meets Nu Skool.... Stay tuned for more details.
